
If you submit a ticket with multiple characters, we will close out the ticket and you will need to submit a completely new one. Only 1 character may be undeleted per ticket.

You must have access to In-Game Support. VIP members have full access to In-Game support, and Premium members retain full access for 30 days following the purchase of LOTRO Points. Once you have put in a ticket, we will assist with the completion of your request regardless of your account status when the service is performed. Free members are not eligible for these services.

What are the restrictions on submitting a Character Undelete? Undeletes are not immediate, and may take some time for us to process, but at no point will you be charged money or LOTRO Points. There is no cost! Simply submit your ticket in-game and a GM will assist you.

Have you accidentally deleted a character in the past? Made a poor late-night decision? With a Character Undelete, we will return the character from its deleted state and place it back onto your account!
